she this Deponent was also Round over to Prosecute
said Defendant but being Informed by the
other Deponent sha had no necessity to Attend
for the reasons sworn to by the other Deponent
And both these Deponents lastly saith that
they have been Informed to and verily
believe the said Defendant Thomas Eversal< no role >
is now a Soldier in in his Majesty's Service in
the Licolnshire Volunteers And therefore most
Humbly hopes the Worshipful Justices will
will be Pleased to discharge their said
