Precinct in the County of Middlesex Carpenter and

the Parish and County aforesaid Carpenter Several Make Oath
and Say and first this Deponent William Phillips< no role >
for himself Saith that he this Deponent did in the Months of March and April Instant hathat Several
times
made diligent Enquiries after the above Named
Prosecutrix Ann Maryweathers< no role > Present Place of
abode in Order to have her Served with a Notice of Tryal
that he might be able to come and take his Tryal for the
above Assault at this Present Sessions of the Peace,
but was not able to obtain any Intelligence of her Present
Place of abode, to have her Served with the said Notice
of Tryalbut could not obtain any [..] of Intelligence
of her Present Place of abode,

for himself Saith that he this Deponent went inCompany
with the above Named Defendant William Phillips< no role >
to Several
PlacesPersons in order to find out the Present Place of abode of
Ann Maryweather the above Named Prosecutrix taken [..]
her Served with a Notice of Tryal but could not obtain any
Sort of Intelligence of her Present Place of abode, And
this Deponent William Phillips< no role > further Saith that he cannot
take his Tryal at this Present Sessions of the Peace for the
Want of this Deponent not being able to Obtain any Sort of
Intelligence of the Prosecutrixes Place of abode, but take
and Expect before the next Sessions to be ablethato faid out
