Maketh Oath and Saith that the abovenamed
Defendant John Atkinson< no role > was Yesterday the
Twelfth day of this Instant Arrested by the
Sheriff of the County of Middlesex by Virtue
of an Attachment issuing out of his Majesty'stheCourt of
things Bench in a Cause Pugh against
the Defendant John Atkinson< no role > for a Contempt
of that Honourable Court and that the said
John Atkinson< no role > is now in Custody of the said
Sheriff of Middlesex by Virtue thereof and
therefore the said John Atkinson< no role > is unable to
Attend this Honorable Court to Try hissaid
abovenamed Traverses Pursuant to Notice
thereof given for that Purpose
