The King against Joseph Knight< no role > on the Prosecution
of Jane Herring< no role > for an Assault.

Joseph Knight< no role > the above named Defendant Maketh oath that at the
time this Honourable Court was pleased to respite the Recognizance in this Cause
on Account of this deponents Witness the above named Prosecutrix lived as a [..]
Servant with Sir Philip Gibbs< no role > in Welbeck Street that since his Recovery he
hath inquired by himself and others after the said Prosecutrix but hath not
been able to gain any certain Information where she resides and that he is
totally Ignorant where she is now to be found excepting that a Person to whom
the said Prosecutrix is Known lately informed this Deponent that the lodged at
No. 2. the Store Street Tottenham Court Road And this Deponent saith
that on Inquiry at three different houses numbered 2. in Store Street both
himself and one William Russell< no role > whom he this Deponent requested to serve
the said Notice for him have been informed at each of the said Houses that
the said Jane Herring< no role > doth not reside there.
