Session-House, Clerkenwell Green ,

YOU were bound to Appear and prosecute Mary Nickelson< no role >
at July
Session last at the Session-House for the said County, but not
appearing, your Recognizance is become forfeited; and will be
estreated into the Court of Exchequer , from whence Execution
will proceed for the levying 40 Pounds on your Goods
and Chattels care be taken to stop Proceedings, by an
Application for a Respite at the next Session, which will be held
at the Session-House aforesaid on MONDAY, the Twenty-Seventh
Day of October Instant.

Be there between the Hours of Ten and
Three, and bring this Letter with you
or apply at my Office in the mean time. }
