Oath and Saith that the Indictments against the above
namedDefendants was tried the last Sessions
when John Carter< no role > and this Deponents were Acquitted,
that during the Trial this Deponent Stood upon the-
Step at the Door of the Court and Asked the Constables
Several times for Admission telling them he was One
of the Defendants, which they refused, And this-
Deponent further Saith that he immediately afterwards
made an Affidavit to the above affect which when
Shownto Mr Sylvester his Counsel he informed
this Deponent that it was not necessary as he-
was Acquitted
