both of the parish of Saint pauls Shadwell , in the County
of Middlesex Yeoman, the Depndants above
named and Timothy Kehoe< no role > of the same
place yeoman Severally make Oath and
Say, and first these Deponents Bartholo [..]
and Henry Waters< no role > for themselves severally
Say, that they having been Indicted, by the
above named Patrick Nowlan< no role > , and [..]
to appear in July Session last. already of
Compromise was set on fort. to Settle the
matter in difference and these Deponents
further say that on the ninteenth day
of September last all matters in difference
between them and the said Patrich
Nawlan were finally Settled as appears
by the under taking here unto amu [..]
In Consideration of these Deponents paying
unto the said Patrick Nowlan< no role > fire
General And this Deponent Timothy
kehoe for himself saith that he was
present and did [..] the above named
Patrick Nowlan< no role > Sign the undertaking
here unto annexed and deliver the same
as his act & Dead to the other Deponents
