that he was bound ever for his Appearance as of this
present Sessions And that this Deponent has made
Inquiry for the Prosecutor in Order to Serve him with Notice
of Tryal at his Place of Abode when the Landford Mr. James
in Shoreditch
who informed this Deponent that he was
gone away by Night And has Clandestinely removed away
From his Premises And this Deponent further Saith that
