On the Prosecution
of John Currell< no role >
for an Assault.

John Thompson Hughes< no role > of Saint Catherine Street in the
Precinct of Saint Catherines in the said County Ship Broker and
John Thompson< no role > of the New Road in the Parish of Saint George in
the County of Middlesex Gentleman Maketh Oath and say and first
the said John Thompson Hughes< no role > saith that in the Month of September
last He was and new Stands Indicted by the name of John Hughes< no role >
for Assaulting the abovenamed prosecutor and this Deponent further
saith that he has not any knowledge of not does he know where to
find the abovenamed prosecutor And the said John Thompson< no role > for
himself saith that he has made every enquiry in his power to find
the abovenamed prosecutor in order to serve him with a Notice of
Trial in this Prosecution but without Effect not having been able
to learn where he is to be found further then that he is gone into
some past of Barkshire
