Take Notice that I do mean and Intand to
[..] withdraw all proceedings on my Prosecution agt.
the Above name Deft. for that you the said James
Deykin
< no role > did on the 21st. day of October 1793. Unlawfully
use or sa [..] ve to be used a Waggon upon a Certain
Turnspike road in the parish of Honney in the County
of Middlesex the she or Bottom of the fellows of the
wheels as whiets said Waggon being of the Buadth or
Guage of Nine Inches and there and there and pass and
was drown by anore than Eight house that is to say
at the time and parish last Aforsaid the such
Waggen did poss and Was abra [..] with Nine Houses
Contrary to the Statute made in the thirteenth
Year of the Reign of his Majesty asking George the
third for Regulating the Yornpike roads
