MIDDLESEX


AT the GeneralSession of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session House for the said County()
on Monday the thirteenth Day of September in the
Thirtieth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc

It is Ordered that the hearing and determining the Matter of an
Appeal Between the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of
Saint Clement Danes in the County of Middlesex Appellants and the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Saint Margaret in the
City of Westminster in the said County Respondents touching the Settlement of
Martha Daniel< no role > which stood duly adjourned until this Session Do at the
request of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish
of Saint Clement Danes Stand further adjourned until the next General
Quarter Session of the peace to be holden for this County and on notice hereof
in the mean time to be given unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
poor of the said Parish of Saint Margaret Westminster they and all
Persons concerned do attend the Court at the Session House aforesaid on
Thursday the Twenty eighth day of October next at the hour of nine in the
forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the Judgment and determination
of the said Court touching the said Appeal
