was Constable the last Year That the parish solicited
him to stand another Year to endeavour to remove the disorders Commits
[..] in Turnmill Street as [..] hath by
prostitutes & Theives That Prson of hath
deserptions were he claimed in the publick
Houses & Courts in Turnmill Street that they
picked pockets then at Moon day and threated
to do Witness a Mischief

That a Committee of the Parish was [..]
to imagine into the Cause of such disorders who were
of Opinion that the first Cause was the Number of
Publick Houses said there was 10 many that
they could not get or living witht hardaining there
sort of People.

That upon a pertr. from the Vestry
the Licening Justices Stopped several of the Houses
when every Body was asbaushed at the Amendmt
That Witness apprehended a Number of prostitutes
they that means got said of the Thieves

Mr. Blackborough Complained of the Witness in the
Vestry saying he sent them to Goal improperly [..] but this
Commee were of Opn that they were property
apprehended Approved his Conduct.

That he had occasion to go to Mr.
Blackboroughs to Complain of Houses permitting
Fitting in Time of cuisine service Justice said he
