Take Notice That Ishallthe above
named Defendant Mary Ann Cavenaugh will
Personally appear at the next General Sessions of
the Peace to be holden in and for the County of MIddlesex
at the Sessions House Situate at Clerkenwell Green in
the said County on Monday the 13th. day of September
instant at Nine of the Clock in the forenoon of that day
and then and there Plead to and Try my Traverse with
effect upon an Indictment Preferred by son the above
named Prosecutrix and found against me for
Assaulting beating and wounding for Pursuant to the
tenor of the Recognizance entied into by me and my
Sureties in that behalf dated this 4th. day of September
1790.
