Joseph Railton< no role > of Bartholomew Close< no role > London Gentleman Maketh
and saith that a Bill of Indictment was found in July Session
last on the prosecution of the above named Thomas Cain< no role > against the
above named Edward Railton< no role > to which he appeared and pleaded not
Guilty and entered into the usual Recognizance for his Appearance at
this Session to prosecute his Traverse and employed this deponent
at his Solicitor And this Deponent saith that in consequence of his
Not knowing the practice of this Court he omitted to give Notice of
Trial and take out a venire
