Session House Middlesex

William Constable< no role > of High Street in the Parish of Saint Mary le bone
in the County of Middlesex one of the Constables of the said Parish and
John Wilson< no role > of Woodstock Street in the Parish aforesaid Messenger to the
Directors and Guardians of the poor of the same parish severally make
Oath and say and first the said William Constable for himself saith
that one Sarah Pearce< no role > having by her voluntary Examination in [..]
upon oath before James Croft< no role > Esquire one of his Majestys Justices [..]
the Peace in and for the said County declared herself to be with
Child likely to be born a Bastard and Chargeable to the said
Parish of Saint Mary le bone , and that Samuel Lacock< no role > of Oxford
Street in the Parish aforesaid was the Father of the said Child
the said Justice issued his Warrant for the Apprehending the said
Samuel Lacock< no role > who being apprehended thereon John Lacock< no role > of
Noble Street London Gentleman , and George Stratton< no role > of Comhill
London Tinman , on the twenty fifth day of July now last past,
entered into the usual Recognizance on such Occasions before
George Mercer< no role > Esquire also one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the said County for the Apperance of the said Samuel
Lacock at the then next and now present General Session of
the Peace for the said County And the said William Constable
also saith that on the twelfth day of September instant he
served the said John Lacock with the Notice hereunto annexed by
delivering a true Copy thereof at his House or Place of Residence
in Noble Street aforesaid to a Woman there who informed this
Deponent she was a Servant in the said House and would
deliver th said Copy to the said John Lacock and that on the said
twelfth day of September instant he the said William Constable
also delivered the like Notice as is hereunto annexed to the said
George Stratton< no role > And the said John Wilson< no role > for himself saith
that on the said twelfth day of September instant this deponent was
informed by the said Sarah Pearce< no role > that she was only about is
Months gone with the said Child or to that or the like
