Contracted to be done So as not to keep the sd Seaffolding Standing an urreasonable time And if
the Sd James Tyson< no role > in the Judgment of the sd Surveyor for the time being to the sd Comrs
Shall be guilty of any uncommon delay therein in which Case the determination of the Sd.
Surveyor Shall be final their and in such Case the sd James Tyson< no role > Shall & will make Such
Reasonable Payment to the Seafold owner for the use of the sd Seafoldg as the sd Surveyor
for the time being Shall direct And if he the sd James Tyson< no role > Shall refuse or neglect to
make Such Payment or Satisfaction as last aforesaid it Shall & may be lawfull to &
for the Comrs to Pay Such Money and deduct the Same out of the Money herein Covenanted
by them to be Paid to the sd James Tyson< no role > & in Case Such Seafold Shall ne ordered a Permitted
by the Said Surveyor for the time being to the sd Comrs to be removed and taken away or in
Cocount of Unreasonable delay in the sd James Tyson< no role > then and in Such Case he the Said
James Tyson< no role > Shall and Will at this own Cost and Charges without any allowance or Paymt.
for the Same Whatever find Provide and Erect and form time to time in an Effectual manner
Support all Such Seafolding as Shall necessary for the Performing So Much of the Flaters
work as Shall them remain unPerformed And Also that he the sd. James
Papworth

Same from time so time find Provide & Erect and from time to time Support in an Effectual
Manner all such Seafolding as Shall be necessary for Performing any Past of the Staters Work
to Which the sd Bucklayers or Masons Seafolding or the Seafolding of any other Workman to be employed in the
