be made exclusive of what may remain due to the said James Tyson< no role >
under his first or any other bookpeate and such Surveyors determination therein
shall be final and conclusive And also that the sd Comrs. shall & will
pay to the said James Tyson< no role > the balance or remainder of the said Sum of £165
to himfor the whole of the said Slaters Work within the space of Six Months next
after their said Surveyor shall have certified under his hand to the Treasurer for
the time being to the said Commissioners that the said James Tyson< no role > hath

compleated and finished the said Work according to the Covenants aforesaid
and the true intent and meaning of these presents which Certificate it is hereby
understood such Surveyor shall make as soon as conveniently may be after the
said James Tyson< no role > hath compleated and finished the said Work and the Certificate
of the said Surveyor of the said James Tyson< no role > 's having compleated and finished
the saidsuch Work shall be final and Conclusive both on the said James
Tyson< no role > and the said Commissioners without reference to any other person

Provided always and it is hereby mutually declared
and agreed by and between the parties hereto that it shall and may be
lawful to and for the said Commissioners to make from time to time
all Such Alterations in Reductions from and Additions to their
plan of such intended New Session House as they shall think fit
