Sum of £165 in manner herein after mentioned shall & will in the best and most
Workman like Manner do Execute and Perform all Such work in his Said Trade
of a Slater of the Sorts and Kinds Mentioned in the Sd Sehedule in & about the Erection
of the sd. intended New Session House and according to the several Plan & Elevations and
Sections in the hands of M Thomas Rogers< no role > Surveyor to the sd Comrs. & the Particulars thoson
Marked and Severally Signed by the sd. James Tyson< no role > at the time of Executing these Presents
& all Such Slacks work in and about the Erection of Such intended New Session House
as shall be required by the Sd Comrs or their Surveyor for the being in Such Sort &
Manner as herein after & on the Sd Plans Elevations & Sessions and in the Sd Sehedule
or either of them is Mentioned & described at & for the Rate Peace & Sum of £165
& in Such work Shall & will use the best Materials of the Sorts & Kinds & in the quantity's
& according to the dimensions Mentioned in the Sd. Sehedule and on the Sd. Plans Elevations
& Sections any or either of them And also that he the Sd. Joseph Tyson< no role > shall & will be
Execute and Perform all & Every the Work aforesaid under the direction and to the Satisfaction
