day of Oct. 1778 by virtue and in Pursuance of the sd. Act of Parliament did approve of and
determine on a Plan for a New Session House Suited to the Said Peace of Ground Purchased
by the Said Comrs. and also at another Such Genl. Meeting holden on the 3d day of
June now last Past did Resolve to Contract for the building the sd New Session House
Pursuant to the sd Plan in the Execution Whereof the sd Comrs have agreed to employ the sd
James Tyson< no role > Papwarth to Execute & Perform all Such work in the trade of a Plaisterer and to find and
Provide all Such Materials & Utensils to be used therein as shall be necessary or required by
the sd Comrs. on their Surveyor for the time being in and about the Erection of the sd. intendet
New Session House the Particulars or Kinds of which Said work and Materials are deseuted
in the Schedule hereunto annexed all which Said Several Works in Such Quantity
deminscons and Proportions as Shall or may be required he the Sd. Pasworth hath
Proposed and agreed to do & Perform in the best and most Workman like Manner
and to find & Provide all Such Materials Attensils and things as aforesaid at and for
the Rate Price and Sum of £580 of good & lawful Money of Great Britain Now

Exors and Admors doth hereby Covenant Promise and aged to and with the Said Sir
