Permitted to direct & Control the Several Workmen in the Execution of the sd. Work in the
Same or like Manner as the Surveyor might or ought to do if Personally Present And
Also that the Said James Tyson< no role > Shall & will forthwith Propare and get ready for
Performing the sd work & Shall & will begin & effectually Proceed in the Execution thereof on
Such day as Shall in that behalf be appointed by the Surveyor for the time being of the Said
Comrs on notice in Writing of Such time being given to him the sd James Tyson< no role > or left for him
at his usual Place of abode fourteen days at least before the day whereon he Shall by Such
notice be required to begin the ad work of a Slater in the Execution of the Said intended
New Session House and shall and will with in the reasonable & dispatch
Compleat and Prefect the Same unless required in writing by the sd. Comrs to Postpone
the Same to a Future day at in which Case the Said James Tyson< no role > Shall & will
Compleat and Prefect the Said Work at Such Future day so to be appointed as aforesaid
And Also that in Case any or either of the Workmen to be Employed by or under
the sd James Tyson< no role > on or about the Work hereby Contracted to be done shall in the
Opinion of the Surveyor for the time being to the Sd Comrs Misbehave or give just
Cause of France Either in his Manner of Working or otherwise to the Sd Surveyor for the
time being or any Person by him appointed or authoring to Superintend the Said
Work then and in every such Case he the Sd James Tyson< no role > Shall and will if thereto
required ordered or directed by such Surveyor for the time being discharge & turn
