At the General Session of the peace of
one Sovereign Lord the King holden at
Hicks Hall in St. John Street in and for
the County of Middlesex on Monday
the fourth day of December In the year
of our Lord 1769

It is Ordered by this Court that the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor
of the parish of S: Mary White Chapel
within County have notice of this Appeal
And that they and all partys concerned
do attend this Court on Thursday [..] set at
Nineof the Clock in the forenoon
to hear and abide the Judgment and
determination of this Court touching the
said Appeal
