The Humble Petition and Appeal
of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the parish of St Martin
in the fields within the Liberty of
Westminster in the County of Middx

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or
Order under the Stands and Seals of
Rob. Pell< no role > and Geo. Garrett< no role > Esquires the of his
Majestys Justices of the peace for the said
County of Middlesex (One whereof being of
the Quorum) bearing date the Third day of
November last Ann Clay< no role > was removed
from and out of the parish of St.Mary
White Chapel in the County of Middlesex
to the said parish of St.Martin in the Fields
as the place of her last legal Settlement
whereby your Petr. conceive themselves
aggrieved

Your Petr. therefore humbly
Appeal to this Court against
the said Order and pray that
your Worship with appoint
a day within present Session
for hearing and determining
this Appeal
