At the General Session of the Peace of our Lord the King holden for
the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the said
County On Thursday the Seventh day of December in the Tenth year of
the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third King of Great Britain
Etc

Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Mary
Le bone in this County Have at this present Session Exhibited their Petition and
appeal Setting forth that by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the hands and
seals of Nicholas spencer< no role > and Thomas Miller< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty Justices
of the Peace for the City and Liberty of Westminster bearing date the third day of
November last Richard Bently< no role > was removed and Conveyed from and out of the
Parish of Saint Margaret in the said Liberty to the said Parish of Saint Mary
Le bone as the place of the last legal settlement of the said Richard Bently< no role >
Whereby the Petitioners conceived themselves to be Aggrieved Whereupon at the request
of the said Petitioners It is Ordered that the benefit of their said Appeal be saved unto
them and that the hearing and determining thereof be and the same is hereby Adjourned
until the next General Quarter Session of the Peace to be held for this County and
that on Notice hereof in the mean time to be given to the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the poor of the said Parish of Saint Margaret Westminster they and all persons
concerned do Attend the Court at Hicks Hall aforesaid on Thursday the Eleventh day
of January next at Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon of the same day to hear and
abide the Judgment and determination of the said Court touching the said appeal
