To the Rt. Worshipful His Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex in their General Quarter
Session of the Peace by Adjournment Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint George
Hanover Square in the said County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a pass Warrant
or Order under that Hand and Seals of Robert Pell< no role >
and John Shewood< no role > Esquires two of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the
10th day of March 1774. Richard Hawker< no role > and
Margaret< no role > his Wife with their two Children and
lawfull Jone Namely Mary< no role > aged about two Years
and half and John< no role > Aged about One Year and half
were Removed form the Parish of Saint Botolph without
Aldgate in the County of Middlesex aforesaid to the
Parish of Saint George Hanover Square within the
Liberty of Westminster in this County, as the Placeafo
the Placeof their last legal Settlement Whereby your
Petitioners think themselves Aggrieved and Appeal
to this Court against the same

Your Petitioners humbly pray this Court that the benefit of the said
Appeal be saved unto them until the next General Session of the Peace to be
holden for the said County of Middlesex and that all persons concerned may
then Attend to hear and abide the Judgement and Determination of the
a Court touching the said Appeal And your Petitioners shall
for pray Etc.
