Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County of Middlesex
at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the County aforesaid
by Adjournment on Tuesday the tenth day of January in the
Ninth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
Third by the Grace of God of Great Britain Etc and in the
Year of our Lord 1769.

It is Ordered by this Court that Notice of the Appeal
aforesaid to be given to John Spinnage< no role > Esqr
shall be deemed good Service of the Order of
Court made Yesterday for the hearing and
