Indictment for a Misdemean

William Martin< no role > the above Named Prosecutor maketh
Oath that the Defendant Stands Indicted at this present Session for the
said County and that he wilfully and Negligently on the
Second day of April last with a past Chaire Run
against and over Turned this Deponent and his Wife
in a One horse Claire whereby this Deponents
Shoulder was put out and two of his Wifes Ribs were broken
and So bruised is she that she now keeps her Bed
and is so ill that she cant go Abroad but still remains
in great Danger of her Life and without whose
Testimony this Deponent cant Safely Try the said
Defendant at the present Session
