Thomas Duart< no role > maketh Oath and saith that he Attended
at the last General Quarter Session of the peace held at
Hicks Hall in St. John Street in and for the County of
Middlesex in Order to withdraw his Recognizance which
he had entered into for his Appearance at said Session
for an Assault which was made up before the Session
but did not hear himself called
