[mark] or to his Deputy.

Whereas it appears to us two of His Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the said County of Middlesex , by the Affidavit of
Euzeby Evy< no role > that the said Euzeby was bound in one Recognizance to
prosecute Malachi Morin< no role > at the General Sessions of the Peace held
for the County of Middlesex in September last past for stealing one
Leaden Plate of the value of six Pence; but being told by one
George Holton< no role > otherwise Houghton< no role > , that the thing Stolen was of
too trisling a value to take any Notice of, or trouble himself
any further about, [..] and he himself being entirely Ignorant and
quite unacquainted with the method of such Prosecutions did
not attend at the said General Sessions, as he has since been
Informed he should have done, and that it was not though any wilful
neglect or partiality that he did not prefer a Bill of
Indictment against the said Malachi Morin. These are
therefore to Authorize and require you to respite and for bear
Estreating into his Majesty's Court of Excheguer the
Recognizance wherein the said Euzeby Evy stands bound to
Prosecute the said Malachi Morin< no role > as above reuited , And
for your so being this shall be Your sufficient Warrant
