non present, standing in the Hay left belonging to the
Earl of Hertford
in Brooks Mews,
leaning on his Hed;
sayeth that he this Informant asked said William

what he had got in said Hod; sayeth; that he
discovered in said Hod three Leaden Jack Shifters, and
that said Gahagan there upon begged of this Informant
to Let him go; And James Carter< no role >
for himself sayed
