The Information of John Pamberton< no role > one of
the Nightly Watch of the Parish of St. Mary le
Bone in the County of Middlesex , taken before
me this Seventh Day of November,1767.

Who being upon his Oath sayeth, That about the hour of
Three in the Night of Monday the second Day of this Instant
November, he, this Informant, saw two Men, now present, who
call themselves John Ball< no role > and Ralph Barker< no role > together in
Martimer Street , in the Parish of St. Mary le Bone , in the County
of Middlesex ; sayeth, That said John Ball< no role > then having a large
Bundle on his Shoulder, this Informant asked him what he had
getr. who gave for Answer, Nothing but my own Cloaths.
sayeth that he then took the said John Ball< no role > , and John Ball< no role > only,
together with said Bundle, into his Custody; sayeth that that Ralph
Barker
< no role > accompanied this Informant and said John Ball< no role > to the
Door of the Round House in the Parish of St. Mary le Bone
aforesaid, and then went away; sayeth that as soon as he get into
said Round. House he examined the Contents of the Bundler
that John Ball< no role > had in his possession as aforesaid; sayeth That
it consisted of two red and white Cheque Bed Curtains, one
Coverlid of the same Pattern, three Bed Valens of the same
Pattern, one pair of blue and white Cheque Window Curtains,
three Bed Valens of the same Pattern, one pair of Sheets,
one Printed Cotton [..] Cover for a Settee or small Bed, one
Piece of Yellow and white Shiped Silk, two Blankets, and
part of a Candle-Branch, new produced.
