The Information of Thomas Masdan< no role > taken before me
one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
Said County

Who being upon Oath saith that about a Month ago he
had stole out of his Appartment a Pair of Stockings
a Shift and a Cap and this Inf suspecting a Person now
present who calls herself Mary Miller< no role > to have stole
the same he thereon Apprehended her and the sd. Mary
then Confessed the stealing the sd. things and say'd
she had sold them to a Woman in the Street Out who
the sd. Woman is & where she lives the sd. Mary says
she can't tell And this Inf further saith that he
verily bels. that the sd. Mary Stole< no role > the sd. Things &
no other Person
