The Information of Aaron Spencer< no role > of
Stoemaker Row Dukes place London Cook
Taken before me this 4th. day of Novr. 1760

Who being upon Oath says that on the 20th. of Octr. last [..]
between the house of nine and ten at Night at which Since he
was in the House of Catherine French< no role > in Orange Court Aury Lane
one Mrs. Clarke came and Informed him that some Body was then
Murdering his Young Women at the Corner of the Court Crneaning
Ann Bourk< no role > now Deceased) whereupon this Informt. un out to sea
what was the Matter when he found the aforesaid Ann Bourk
down upon the Ground and one Mary Wilson< no role > upon her Beating of
her says that he this Informt. immediately, with the assistance of one
Michael Bulger< no role > then prevent, parted the said two Womens and that
this Informt. then discovered the said Arm Bourk to be allower
Blood, that this Informt. then helled the said Arm Bourk in his
Arms when she declared to him that she was Murdred, that the
should Die, the shou'd Die, for that she was stabbed by that Women
meaning, Mary Wilson< no role > then present, says he then give her into the
hands of the aforesaid Bulger and desired him to take her into
the aforesaid Mr. Frenches Honve, which he at the same time
took the said Mary Wilson< no role > into Custody, and by the Assistance of
others Conveyed her in a Coach together with the Injured Person Ann
Bourk before the Magistrate where he saw sixteen wounds or
more in different parts of the said Arm Bourk's Body, says that
after her Wounder were dressed in the aforesaid Mr. Trenches House
the same Right, he this Informt. asked the said Arm Bourk how
She came to be Wounded in that manner, and her the Quarrel
first begin whom she made the following declaration Viz. that
she was going to feteh a pett of Beers to the aforesaid Mrs.
Trenchs, and that at the Cornes of the Court she mett with the
said Mary Wilson< no role > , that at the same time two Men [..]
came to them one of whom stoke to Mary Wilson< no role >
