The Information of Peter Daneson< no role > taken before
me one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for
the sd County.

Who being upon Oath Saith That this night [..] about
Seven O'clock a Person now Present who calls himself
John Davis< no role > come to the shop of this Inf and asked this
Inf the Price of a Pair of Breeches and went away
whereupon this Inf went after him with an Intent to sell
the Breeches he had cheapend but to his great
Surprise he the discovered the sd. John to has & under
his Arm a Pair of Leather Breeches & the fore bodys
of a Black Waistcoat And this Inf further saith For
he verily bels. the sd. John stole the sd. Breeches &
Part of the waistcoat out of the Shop of this Inf
