The several Informations of Willm: Nelson< no role > Peter
Nelson< no role > Mary Nelson< no role > and John Henley< no role > taken before
me one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in
and for the sd: County.

Who being severally on Oath say and first the sd: Willm: Peter and
Mary for themselves joyntly say that about six o'Clock yesterday in the
Evening these Informants went from their Lodging in Great
Russell Street to Jacob's well the [..] fourth door from their sd Lodging
and when they went out they [..] left in the sd room
four Guineas [..] in an Old Glove in a Box and a pair of New Pumps
in a Cradle three Guineas of which money was the property of the
Sd William, and the other Guinea and the sd Pumps were the
Property of the Sd: Peter, And the sd: Mary for herself saith that
about Eleven o'Clock a Child in the Arms of a Woman [..] now present,
who calls herself Ann Payton< no role > , Crying, this Informt: gave the
Shy of her room to the Sd Child to play with soon after which
the sd: Payton quitted the Company, and this Inform Saw no more of her until
this Informt: went home, when this Informt: saw the sd Payton come
out of the passage of this Informts: House, and Ran over to the
other side of the way, and upon suspecion that the sd: Payton had
been in the sd House with abed intention, she was stopped, and
this Informt: found her Street door had been forced open, but her
her door of the Lodging of which the sd Payton had theKey, was fast
but upon opening the door the sd four Guinea were not in the
Box or the Pumps in the Cradle, and upon Charging the sd Payton
she told this Informt: not to concern herself about the money for
that she would bring her the four Guineas adding that it was lyed
in a leather Glove or words to that effect, And the sd: John Kurley< no role >
for himself saith that upon Searching the Lodgings of the said
Payton he found a pair of Pumps now produced concealed under
the head of her Bed and the sd: Peter Nelson< no role > for himself further saith
that the Pumps now produced are the property of this Informant
and more in the Room with the sd Money at the time this Informt:
