WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
Us, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County ofMiddlesex aforesaid
(one whereof being of the Quorum) by the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of St Leonard Shoreditch ThatJane Crumpler< no role >
wife of Thomas Crumpler< no role > now Gon away from
her and Cannot be found and their Child Named
Thomas< no role > Aged Two Year and Upwards Lawfull
Issue of the said Thomas Crumpler< no role > & Jane his Wife
lately intruded, and
came into the saidParish of St. Leonard Shoreditch
andare Likely tobecome chargeable to the same; We
the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises
upon Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the
same to be true, and do also adjudge the Place of the
last legal Settlement of the saidJane Crumpler< no role > & her
Child Thomas to be in the Parish of St. Matthew
Bethnal Green in the County of Middlesex

THESE are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, to
require you, on Sight hereof, to remove and
convey the saidJane Crumpler< no role > & Thomas< no role > her
Child
from and out of your saidParish of St. Leonard
Shoreditch to the saidParish of St. Matthew
Bethnal Green
andthemdeliver unto the Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor, there, or to some, or one of them,
together with this our Order, or a true Copy hereof,
who are hereby required to receive and provide for
themaccording to Law. Given under our
