Hounslow in the County of Middlesex Victualler maketh
Oath that she this Deponent did about ten Days ago go
to the House of John Derbyshire Birkhead< no role > Esqr . one of
his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County to
acqua [..] him with the Order of Reference made in this
Cause when she this Deponent was informed that the said
John Derbyshire Birkhead< no role > Esqr . was gone to Bath And
this Deponent further saith that she this Deponent
did on the Thirteenth day of this Instant September go
again to the said Justice's House when she was informed
bythe Servants that the said John Derbyshire
Birkhead< no role > Esqr . had been gone for Bath above Five Weeks
ago and was not then returned home
