Method of finding out the said Oliver Mac Allester< no role > and Recovering
the Monies so received by him, and this Deponent Saith that the
Said George Switman< no role > hath severall times told this Deponent that
he could not find out the said Oliver Mac Allester< no role > & at other times
that he had Seen him but that he Owed him the said George Switman< no role >
Money and that untill he the said George Switman< no role > was paid he
would not Apply to the said Oliver Mac Allester< no role > for the money
he had received by virtue of the Letter of Attorney or the
Probate of the Afore mentioned Will And this Deponent lastly
Saith that he verily beleives the said Will on which the
Probate was obtained as above Sett forth was a forged Will
And Also verily beleives that the said George Switman< no role >
hath Personated the said Pretended Cousin in the said
Forgery with the said Oliver Mac Allester< no role > .
