on the Prosecution
of Mary Black< no role >
for an Assault

James Prior< no role > of the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn in the County
of Middlesex Limner maketh Oath that an Indictment having
been found against the said Nicholas Graley< no role > on the above
prosecution of the said Mary Black< no role > the said Parties did on the
Fourteenth day of September Instant meet at the said Graley to
House in order to make an End of the Difference between them
when they agreed that on the said Graley's paying to the said
Mary Black< no role > the Sum of Twenty Shillings and delivering a Loom with the Materials the
same should be in full Satisfaction for all Damages sustained
by the said Mary Black< no role > And this Deponent further saith that
he did see the said Sum of Twenty Shillings paid to the said Mary
Black
< no role > 's Husband and delivered by him to her and that she the
said Mary Black< no role > then acknowledged that the same and the said
Loom was in full Satisfaction of her Damages And at the same
Time promised to attend this Worshipfull Court in order to
acknowledge such Satisfaction but this Deponent saith that
she the said Mary Black< no role > now refuses to appear before this Court
for the purpose aforesaid And lastly this Deponent saith that
he had been informed by several persons that the said Loom was
delivered pursuant to the said Agreement and also hath heard
the said Mary Black< no role > acknowledge the Receipt of the same
