taken before
me this 19th. Septr. 1753.
Who being upon oath Says that on the 28th. day of August last between Seven
and eight o Clock in the Morning as he was Coming from Kensington
through
Hyde Park
. A young Lad about this Informants [..] Size was Siting upon a
Hill eating some Bread and Butter, and soon after this Informant saw
the said Boy throw a Stone at some Wallnutts which where there
growing upon the Fees, upon which this informant said to the said
Boy, if you will my Lad I will get a few Wallnuts with you to
which the said Boy Answerd if you will, I will get up in the Tree
and you Pick them up, the said Boy then got up the Tree and
Knockt down Severall of the Nutts, when this Informant saw the
Pack Keepercoming towards themas he Supposes him to be from his Dress
coming up Hastily toward him upon which this Informant run
away and the [..] aforesaid Person Supposed to be the Park Keeper
run after him but not being able to ever take him as he was so
for, before, the said Park keeperstoptas this Informant Apprehends we [..]
towards the Free where theallBoy was, for this Informant says that
he hears the Pack keeper Cry out in a very loud Voice. By God I will
have one of you, andat the somepresently afterwards heard the said
Boy in the Tree at he Supposes Cry and this Informant Says he then made his Escape
