over the Wall at a Place where great Part of the Wall in Broken Down
and Says that after he was over the Wall he heard the Boy as he Supposes beg for Mercy
and heard him Particularly beg not to be beat with that great Stick
meaning as he Apprehends a Long and large Staff which the Supposed
Park keeperwhich he the said Dark keeper had in his hand which
he
had in has hand when this Informant first saw him and this
Informant farther says that he the said Supposed Park Keeper
was Dresst in a green Coat and a Narrow laced Hatt that he appeared
to be a Tall Man and that he Came from the [..] Gate which as this
Informant has been same Fold [..] is Calld
Grosvenor Gate and says that the Tree in which the Boy was was Distant
from Grosvenor Gate about as far as he this Informant could throw
a Stone at twice,

[..] And the abovesaid Informant being farther Interrogated forth
says that the Boy abovementioned had on an [..] Apron w [..]
as well as his Stockings was Splashed as there of Plaisterers are
Claud Shivers< no role > father to the Lad who was found on the 28h. of August last
in the Morning Mortially wounded in Hyde Pack Says on his oath that the said Boy was a Plaisterers Labourer
and had on that Morning such an Apron and Says that he himself did Cut
and Deliver his said Son two peices of Bread & Butter that Morning when he
went form him [..] between five and Six in the Morning which his said
Son Put up in his Pockett for his Brakfast
