The Information of Robert Wheeler< no role > Servant to
Master Lane of Boswell Court [..] Joseph Watson< no role > Boswell of
Leather Lane Pawn broker and Alexander Kennedy< no role >
of Brooks Markett Cooper taken before me this 25th. day
of September 1753.

Robert Wheeler< no role > being upon oath Says that [..] on Sunday was Sennight near
Nine of the Clock at Night as he was Rideing near the one Mile Stone on
the other side of Tottenham Court two Men came up to him and laid
hold of his Bridle and one of them presented a Pistoll to this Informt.
and said Damn you Deliver, and Imediately one of the said Persons
took one of his Buckle [..] out of one Shoe and the other out of the other
and then took away [..] his Watch, and said that this Informant
was a brave boy Boy and gave him a Shilling, and this informant
further says, that a Silver Watch, and a pair of Siver Buckles, now
produced and Shew'd to him, he says [..] are his Property, and taken from
him at the time of the Robbery; says that the Men [..] were
in Dark Coloured Cloaths, but it being so Dark that he cannot
Recollect the Persons.

Joseph Watson< no role > being upon oath says, that on Tuesday the 17th
of September Instant, about twelve o Clock at Noon, one Alexander
Kennedy
< no role > came with a Person, now Present who Cath himself Allen
