Who Being Upon Oath Says that he was at the House of [..]
Gee, in the Parish of St. Giles in the Fields Upon Saturday
Evening Last about Eight o Clock When this Informant saw
One James Gallaher< no role > Come into the sd. House with Oysters and
Offered them to Sale When the sd. Gallaher Chargd, this Inform [..]
with Owing him One peney for Oyster which this Informant
Denying, the Sd, Gallaher Refusd, to Open this Informant any Oyster,
Upon which this Informant told him to go About her Business and
Said to Ought to have a Lick Upon his Head for Charging him this
Informant with Owing Money for Oysters when the Sd. Gallaher
Took up A Knive form his Side and Said Now would Like to have
This Knive in yr. Gutts Or Bolley Upon which One Eneas Tarney
Said to the sd. Gallaher you Scoundroll How Dare you Draw a knive
Upon a Naked ManUpon which to [..] and Endeavoured to Strike the
Knive Down upon which Blows Insued and the sd. Gallaher was
Thrown Down and Eneas Tarney< no role > was Upermost when in about three Minuets
the Sd. Eneas Tarney was Dead and Upon Examination of the Body
of the Deceased there Appears a wound under the Pape of the right
Breast which wound this Informant Verily Believes to Be given the
Deceased By the Sd. Gallaher and this Informant Say that Mr. Gee
Master of the Sd, [..] Calld, to this Informant and Others to Stop
the sd, Gallaher for that he had Killed the sd, Terney Upon which
this Informant Did Seize the sd. Gallaher who said Damn Your
Blood You Dog Ill, Stab you to
