The Information of Jane Gowdie< no role >
in Mr. Pains [..] ments in Bennets
court in the hand and in the parish of
St. Martin in the fields & of George
Bayley
< no role > of the said place Carpenter
First of all Jane Gowdie or a with Oatt
that on Peirlag last the 23d. day of
Jane inst. she had her room broke
open I had feloniously stolen & taken
a candbles gown a Sheet a Shift a
Pair of Heaves & [..] & other things
of the value of forty shillings & this
Informt. on her Oath says she has a
Strong suspicion that Isabella Row< no role >
O' Margaret Mr: Cullock did break
open her said room & did feloniously
steal and take the aforesaid things
because She the said Margaret
Mr: Cullock Confess'd to her this
Informt. that she together with the
said Isabella Row< no role > did. feloniously
Steal & take the aforesaid things &
afterwards ssqwn'd them & farther
this Informt. says that the said
Isabella Row< no role > has absconded from
Justice secondly George Bayley< no role >
Maketh Oath that the Knife that
was found in the said Jane Gowdie
room is his property & that he had
inform'd that the said Margaret
Mr. Cullock had the knife from one
of his children
