Sollicitor for the Crown in this Cause maketh Oath and
[..] saith that he this Deponent did about one
month past the particular Day he this Deponent cannot
remember give notice to the said Richard Mapesden
otherwise Maplesden otherwise Mapeston otherwise
Mapleston that the Indictment which was preferred
against him at this last sessions & now to be Tryed for [..]
[..] being armed with Diverse other [..] at Reculver in the
County of Kent to the number of thirty & upwards would be
Tryed at this now present Sessions, To which he
answered that he was orandshould [..] be prepared And
that he this Deponent [..] two Days sume total him the same
[..] to which he has answered very well,
In consequence of which he this Deponent hath
sent for his Witnesses being in number five [..]
and that they are accordingly come upwards of
fifty Miles from home And that the Councill for the
Crown are all feed.

Day of July 1749}
