The humble Petition of John Wilson< no role >

Most humbly Sheweth

That Your Petitioner was on the third day of July
Instant Committed to the said Gaol of Newgate for the Offence
mentioned in the Commitment and two Severaly Detainers here to Annexed

That as there is no Indictment before this Honrble
Court as Yet agt. Yor. Petr. for the Supposed Crime he is
Committed for

Yor Petr. therefore humbly Prays that this
Honrble Court will Please to permitt him to take his
Trial at this Present Session upon any Indictment that
shall be found agt him within the Jurisdiction of this
Honble Court or be Admitted to Bail or discharged
or otherwise relieved as this Honble Court Shall seem
meet

And Yor humble Petr. will ever Pray Etc
