The Information of Robert Fawsett< no role > of
New Castle Court Gent , taken before
me this 13th. day of June 1749.

Who being upon Oath says, that about Christmas last as he
returned from Grosvenom Spare in the Evening he found a
Person now present who calls himself William Bullock< no role > and one
John Keaton< no role > in his Lodgings, Says that upon his opening the
Door he saw the said Bullock and Keaton Lying upon the Bed,
Says that Keaton laid upon Belly, and Bullock laid upon
his Backside with both their Breeches down, Says that
Bullock being Surprised at this Informts. opining the Door
he Immediatly Jumped off the said Keaton, And this Informt.
Says that he then saw the said Bullock White his Yard with
a Red Linen handkercheife with White Spotts< no role > upon it,
And this Informant says that he verily beleives that they had
feloniously Committed the Deter table Sin of Sodomy betwixt
them, for the reason aforesaid.

And this Infomt. says that on Thursday the 11th. day of
May last as he was at Hick's Hall one Thos. Bowen< no role > at
Fountain, in the five Fields near Chelsea he Assaulted this
Informt. and said Ok , what are you come (meaning this
Informt.) you Son of a Bitch

And this Informt. further says that on Thursday the 11th. day of
May last one Evan Richards< no role > Assaulted and beat this Informt.
near Hicks's Hall .
