Brought before me by Mr. Carter Constable and
Charged upon the Oath of Peter Wood< no role > for unlawfully
Assembling themselves together in a Riotons [..]
and Tumultuously Manner and that they being so
Assembled Did begin to Pull Down a Certain Dwelling
House the property of the Paid Peter Wood< no role > agt. the
Peace Etc and agt. the Form of the Statute, Them
Safely Keep in your Said Custody untill they Shall
be Discharged by Due Course of Law Given under
my hand and Seal this 3d Day of July 1749
