That by Virtue of an Order of Pass Warrant Under the hands-
and Seals of two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the-
County of Middlesex
One Whereof being of the Quorum made the
12th. Day of April
1749 (and Dated by mistake the 12th. Day of

Removed form the Parish of St Luke
in the County of Middlesex
To the Parish of St. Botolph
Without Bishopgate London aforesaid
Alledging the last Legal place & Settlement of the said Ann to-
be there and your Petrs- Conceiving themselves Agrieved by he
Said Order and Judgment of the said two Justices Do humbly
Appeal therefrom and humbly pray your Worship's

Would Appoint some day this present General Quarter
Sessions of the peace to be holden for the said County to hear
this Appeal and that your Worships Will make an Order
that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of St. Luke

abide the Final Determination of your Worships
