To the Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex in their General Quarter Sessions Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of St. George Hanover Square within the Liberty
of Westminster in the County of Middlesex .

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the Hands
and Seals of Philip Dept and George Errington< no role > Esqrs. two of this Majesty's
Justices of the peace for the County of Middlesex bearing date the 23d day of
April 1749 George Beaster< no role > , aged about forty years, Labourer was
removed form the Parish of Hampstead in the County of Middlesex to
the Parish of St. George Hanover Square in the said County as the
Place of his last legal Settlement Whereby your Petitioners
think themselves aggrieved and appeal to this Court against
the same

Therefore Humbly pray this Court will please
to appoint at time for hearing and determining
the said Appeal and that all persons concerned
may then attend.

And your Petitioners shall ever pray, Etc
