William Howard< no role > whereupon the said Person in the
Officers Cloathes Struck the said William Howard< no role > Once
a Twice thereupon an Affray ensued and four or five
Gentleman came out of the House aforesaid and One
of the said four or five Gentleman had either a Sword
or Hanger drawn in his Hand Whereupon this
Informant ran to the Watch house for Assistance and
upon his [..] Return found the said William Howard< no role >
lying in the Street between the Passage aforesaid and
the Watch house dangerously Wounded of which Wound
he the said William Howard< no role > soon expired Upon which
this Informant caused Sarah Hall< no role > , Abraham Clerke< no role >
(in an Officers Habit with a Gold Shoulder Knot) Richard
Storeton
< no role > , Jane Kerr< no role > , and Elizabeth Wilson< no role > to be
Appretended and carried to the Watch house aforesaid
upon a Strong Suspicion of [..] having Comitted [..]
being Concerned or Aiding and Abetting in the Murder
of the said William Howard< no role > And this Informant
further Saith that all the said Persons last above
named coming out of the above mentioned House is
the Reason why he this Informant hath the Strong
Suspicion aforesaid And this Informant further Saith
no.
